Cued (cuednotes.com) is a tool for writing, rehearsing, and presenting speeches from cue cards. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Cued. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
You sign in with your email address and a password. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Cued.
Your speeches, scripts, and rehearsal data are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and we use them only to run the service for you (storing them, showing them back to you, timing your rehearsals). We don't read, share, or train anything on your speeches.
Cued may offer a free preview with limits (such as a maximum number of speeches or cards) and paid plans that remove them. If limits change, anything you've already created stays yours and stays accessible — limits only ever apply to adding more.
Paid plans are subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our billing providers (RevenueCat and Stripe) — we never see or store your card details. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Prices may change, but never mid-period, and we'll tell you before a renewal at a new price. If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry for a short grace period before your account returns to the free preview — with everything you made intact.
Don't use Cued to break the law, to attack the service (probing, scraping, overloading), or to store content that isn't yours to store. We may suspend accounts that do.
We aim to keep Cued available and your data safe, and we keep backups — but Cued is provided "as is", without warranties. For anything important, use the export feature (Account → Export my data) to keep your own copy. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim, or £0 if you're on the free preview.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; that permanently removes your account and content. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms as Cued evolves. If a change is significant, we'll flag it in the app or by email. Continuing to use Cued after a change means you accept it.
Questions about these terms: contact the operator via the email address published on cuednotes.com.
